    • Situated above Old Town Puerto del Carmen, a ten minute walk to the beaches. Nearby shopping and outstanding restaurants of every variety. Lanzarote offers a wonderful vacation for old and young. Great weather, wonderful beaches, multi-cultural dining, amazing topography, all in an island just 30 miles long. You can just sit and relax by the pool, or have an active vacation visiting the breathtaking sights this Volcanic Island has to offer. A car is optional depending how much you like walking. We never rent a car, but walk everywhere. Taxi service is excellent and inexpensive.

    Due to the complexities of International Money transfers, we accept payment via credit card on our personal website. Discounts for last minute, early, long term or repeat bookings. Cancellation: Over sixty days notice, full refund (less expenses we have incurred ie, PayPal processing fees, exchange rate differences, etc). Inside sixty days we will happily provide a full refund if we are successful in renting the apartment to another client. All refunds will be paid by cheque from a Canadian Bank, in Canadian Dollars, at the exchange rate in effect on the day the cheque is issued.

    We had a wonderful, wonderful stay at your apartment. We have stayed in many villas and apartments over the years and we have to say yours was one of the most comfortable we have been in. It was great to have all the extras, especially in the kitchen as I like to cook and have found it a struggle without the right appliances in the past. You certainly have put a lot of thought into making it a great place for people to stay. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the complex staff were brilliant, bringing towels and changing bedding regularly. One thing that we are fussy about is a need for peace and quiet and we had plenty of that. In addition the weather was perfect and oh what a view!! I don't think you could ever get enough of it. Great apartment in a great location. We will definitely be coming again and would highly recommend the apartment to others. Thank you very, very much - our holiday was perfect.
