2 Bedroom Villa in Playa Blanca

As the name suggests, 'Casa de los Suenos' is indeed a house of dreams. This luxury villa comes with all the extras, including air-conditioning and heating is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street. Private back gardens with heated pool, outdoor sunken jacuzzi, gas BBQ, outdoor covered dining with wet bar and fireplace. Even the front garden after closing the large electric gate gives the guest that wonderful feeling of privacy as you sit in the armchairs out front in the evening with that special drink as the sun goes down.  
 
Villa is equipped with a full Sky package, DVD player with lots of movies, surround sound system, WiFi complete with desk station area. The large conservatory at the back of the villa lets you experience sunrises in the morning and the changing colour of the mountains as the sun sets. Casa de los Suenos has everything you would wish for; whether for a honeymoon, anniversary or just that special holiday.  
 
Entrance to villa from the street has a large electric sliding gate which provides total privacy at the front with covered parking for 2 vehicles. The front veranda has comfortable seating including foot rests and side table. The pool and terrace area at the back of the villa is surrounded by 2 metre walls giving total privacy. A covered outdoor dining area with wet bar, fireplace, radiant heater, and gas BBQ with side burner. The large terrace area has a sunken jacuzzi, protected sun bathing area with roll out awning, 4 sun beds with padded cushions, 8 x 4 electric heated swimming pool and an outdoor solar heated shower. 
 
Aer Lingus have value flights from Gatwick, Belfast, Dublin and Cork over the winter months. Ryanair fly to Lanzarote winter months from Dublin and Shannon and from the UK so many, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool, Stansted, Luton, Prestwick and Edinburgh. It's never been easier to book a villa holiday. Lots of these flights are mid week but we are very flexible on arrival and departure dates.  
 
Details relating to our favourite and recommended restaurants will be included in the information provided within the villa. Every guest will receive a complimentary welcome bottle of Rioja red wine together with one of our favorite Lanzarote white wines. Water, milk, sugar tea and coffee will be in the villa. On day of departure we do our best to make your final day as easy as possible. If you have a late flight and there is no immediate booking afterwards you are welcome to stay late. Alternatively if the next guests are arriving late in the evening on the same day we ask the cleaners to come in later. 
 

Master bedroom with queen bed, built-in wardrobe and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and built-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower and bidet. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet. Modern style kitchen with ceramic hob, mid-level oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all utensils needed for cooking a meal at home. Washing machine, separate dryer, additional fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. Lounge has 2 three-seater sofas, large coffee table, 32" flatscreen TV with DVD and surround sound system. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with seating for 4 people. Other: The conservatory is equipped with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a separate dining area. All linen, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, kitchen towels, and beach towels are supplied with each booking. Villa is cleaned weekly which includes a change of linen and towels.

Playa Blanca is the southern-most town on the island and benefits from the maximum sun available. The villa is located on a quiet development and is only a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach - Playa Dorada and the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, bars and restaurants. In Playa Blanca there is a beautiful seafront promenade which leads you to the new international Marina Rubicon. A 10 minute drive will lead you to the renowned beaches of Costa Papagayo. 
 
Golf 
There are 2 golf courses in Lanzarote; 1 in Tias (20 minute drive) and the second in Costa Tequise (40 minute drive).
