Vacation Rental Description
This Moorish style detached villa has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and many more. The luxurious hot tub on the downstairs sun terrace has been an enormous hit with our previous guests. Other special features of the villa include two barbecues- gas and charcoal(set into the chimney of the villa) and a spectacular roof sun terrace with magnificent views of Fuerteventura and Montana Roja- the perfect place to sunbathe and sit with a drink to watch the sun go down.

Of special interest is a toy box for young children designed to minimise guest's packing.

Set in spacious communal gardens, the property also boasts its own well laid out garden which only heightens the sense of space and tranquility. The pedestrianised complex nestles at the foot of Montana Roja also has a children’s play area, tennis court (villa has tennis racquets for client's use) and an enormous communal swimming pool with showers. A recent addition to the park is a shop which is open from 8:00 to 22:00 which is especially good for hot baked bread.

The property is maintained by our property managers who live on the complex - so there is always someone on hand for help and advice.

    • A small safe is included in the master bedroom. A selection of books and games for adults as well as the children's toy box is available for guests' use. A range of outdoor patio furniture and sun loungers on the downstairs patio and roof terrace designed for alfreso living. Outdoor games & toys for guest's use as well as tennis racquets & balls for use of communal tennis court. A full range of non standard kitchen utensils such as coffee maker & sandwich maker. Other items designed to minimise a family's packing requirements such as a range of children's crockery & utensils, 2 hair dryers, hot brush, hair straighteners, cool bag & ice packs & first aid kit.
