A lovely detached villa situated in half an acre of peaceful seclusion surrounded by its own well-tended colourful garden and driveway. 
 
A panoramic view of the sea and the island of Fuerteventura to the front and a breathtaking hill view of La Asomada at the rear. 
 
The Villa is 10 minutes drive from Arrecife Airport and 10 minutes drive to the tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen with its shops, restaurants and beaches. The village of Tias is also close by for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 
 
Wi-fi internet access is now available. 
 
Cat lovers will enjoy the company of a little Siamese cat call ‘Marmite’ who lives in the grounds of the villa. 
 
The private swimming pool has a solar panel heating system and is cleaned twice weekly and monitored for safe hygiene levels.  
 
Master bedroom has double bed, pine furniture, built-in wardrobes with floor safe and fully tiled en-suite bathroom. 
2nd bedroom has a double bed, pine built-in wardrobes and furniture. 
Hairdryers + ceiling fans are in both rooms. 
3rd bedroom has twin beds and pine built-in wardrobe. 
Best quality linen and towels are changed weekly. Good quality pillows are provided. 
Cot and high chair can be prived free of charge. 
Please provide own pool and beach towels. 
There is a fully tiled family bathroom with shower over bath, bidet and basin and vanity unit. There are heated towel rails in both bathrooms. 
The Large kitchen has breakfast bar, granite worktops. Fridge-freezer, oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker hood, double sink and many utensils. 
Utility/drying area with washing machine, ironing board and iron. 
There is an open plan living and dining area with a flat screen LCD TV with surround sound, sky satellite TV with ITV1, Channels 4 and 5 + DVD Player and CD Stereo System with MP3 socket. 
The villa has a spacious south-facing terrace with patio furniture, sunbeds and barbecue.
