Casita Canaria is the ideal property if you are looking to have a stress free holiday and wishing to stay at a quiet location and still are close to Puerto del Carmen and it's sea side attractions.This fine property nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the sleepy Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the Town of Tias and Lanzarote’s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero. The Casita has two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a self contained studio which can be rented separately, or jointly. Both unites have stunning sea views and when both are let separately they both share the same large solar heated pool (no chemicals for cleaning are used), but you can rent the studio with the apartment at a very special price of 120,00 Pounds and then you are very private. If the studio is let, you still have privacy at your apartment with the upper sun terrace, which can not be over looked. In the cooler winter months the pool can have additional electric heating at a charge of £80 Pounds per week. The property has one upper and a lower terrace with the pool and that can be locked off for small children. There are good food shops and restaurants close by.

Bedrooms: There is a twin bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, which has ample hanging space and three large drawers. The double bedroom is similar furnished and has an additional chest of drawers and a safe. Both rooms are light and airy and share one bathroom.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower and you are supplied with towelling bathrobes for all four adult guests. Beach towels are also supplied including a hair dryer.
No need to pack beach towels we do supply them as well.

You are only five minutes drive away from the most popular sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen " Playa Grande ". However if you are looking for a more natural and in some ways for a nudist beach, than you need to drive to Playa Blanca to the beaches of Papagayo, a beach lovers paradise, which will take about 30 minutes drive.
If you are looking for a surfers beach you would best be adviced to drive to the Famara Beach, a Surfer's Paradise.
A newly opened golf course is only a 10 minutes drive away, and is located between Tias and Puerto del Carmen. The 18 hole 72 par course has been designed by Ron Kirby and welcomes players of all levels. The elevated course has great views down to the Atlantic and across to the island of Fuerteventura. The opening times are from 8 am to 8 pm and there is a facility for equipment hire.
