The luxury Yurt suite has been finished to a very high standard finishing touches have been made by a local interior disigner where she has hand picked Mongolian antique hard wood furniture, used plush fabrics, and wood style flooring. The eco Yurt Suite is the largest Yurt at the eco retreat Finca De Arrieta consisting of 8 meters in diameter and 53 meters inside the Yurt, therfore ideal for couple who would like more space in the yurt and a private ourdoor area. It has been well designed for family use, it's setting is tranquil and private, in a stone walled and gated slit level garden/terrace which is 325 meters in size. There is plenty of space for children to play and for adults to relax on the shaded day bed and hammock, it has an additional large roofed terrace with a teak dining set and gravelled area with exotic plants and BBQ. The outdoor area of this yurt boasts fabulous views over the retreat and on down to the sea and fishing village of Arrieta. The Yurt originates from Mongolia where they live in this form of house throughout the year. The Yurt Suite is self catering and has a fully equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar and gas oven, fridge and all the utensils you will require on your holiday. The bathroom with this Yurt has a wood tub bath, marble floor, walk in shower and marble sink it is spacious and oozes luxury.
The Yurt Suite includes all linen, bathroom towels, a basic welcome pack, electricity and water. Beach towels and a cleaning service can be organised on request.
This Yurt can also be rented along with other accommodation on the retreat, this is ideal if you are looking to holiday with another family.

The yurt is placed at the prestigious 30,000 square meter eco retreat of "Finca de Arrieta" and it's guests have full use of the of the solar heated 10 meter long pool and chill out area where you can relax and entertain alike. The pool area boasts sea/mountain views, mature gardens and Polynesian style shaded day bed. You also have a large covered area where there is a second kitchen, further dining table for 8 guests, authentic Moroccan floor seating and toilet/shower room. This area is spacious and has hard wood floor a perfect place to read a book or enjoy a meal.
The area was originally farming land and has two natural wells on site, there are mature exotic gardens including fruit trees such as Mango, Banana, Guava, Lime etc. (a bonus if you are here at the right season!) There is also a variety of other garden produce such as potatoes, tomatoes and basil, all of which guests are welcome to help themselves to!

Today the estate runs on wind and solar power and is a unique example of sustainable living, there are 2 wind turbines and 30 solar panels and we ask guests to be aware of and consider their energy consumption during their stay!

The Finca is partly walled using stones from the land, it has a children’s play area which includes children’s play park, trampoline and the resident donkey “Mollie” There is also an added bonus of farm eggs every morning from our free range hens.

On site is a shared solar heated gated pool/chill out area with complete with 2nd Kitchen (Industrial oven) and entertaining suite, sea/mountain views, washing machine, recycling bins, a play room offering ping pong table/mountain bikes/surf boards/body boards/hammocks and a variety of games. The Eco Yurt is set in mature exotic gardens and there are a number or fruit trees, vegetable plants and fresh eggs daily from our free range chickens, which are available to you free of charge. Features for Children include solar heated pool + benched jet pool , play park, swings, trampoline, ping pong table, bikes, beach toys, toy box, cots, high chairs, potty, child’s step, bath mat, baby bath, changing mat, plastic crockery, collecting eggs for breakfast and a number of pets including our resident Donkey who happily provides rides and our very cute bunny rabbits.

We are able to offer a variety of services, excursions and activities for our guests such as massage, yoga classes onsite, surf and wind surf clases, a very exicting excursion to neighbouring La Graciosa island, trips to local produce markets as well as car hire and VIP pick up and drop off service to and from the aiport.

We ask for 30% on booking & the remaining amount 1 month before departure. We can accept payment by bank transfer or creditcard (visa or mastercard) with a bank charge of 2%. Above prices include linen, water, electric and basic welcome pack complete with a bottle of Lanzarote wine, water, crisps, milk, tea and coffee. Prices shown are up to 4 guests, additional guests are charged at 50 euros per person per week.
