Vacation Rental Description
A compact home from home. Situated in a quiet country location with only ten minutes walk to the centre of the beautiful village of Haria (Valley of a Thousand Palms). Fabulous mountain walks on your doorstep with amazing views over the valley towards the ocean and villages of Punta Mujeres, Arrieta, Mala and Guatiza. Jameos del Agua is also visible. The private roof terrace also offers spectacular views while the garden has a terrace and sheltered dining area with BBQ. In the property, which is in keeping with the style of Lanzarote, you find a double bedroom, open plan living area with lounge, dining table and double sofa bed. The bathroom provides a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Easy parking is available and we are on hand to advise if you require, with local knowledge. There are several guide books provided along with a DVD on Cesar Manrique (the man responsible and inspiration in making this island unique)to really get a feel of this beautiful island.

    • There is a hairdryer. All linen, towels, teacloths etc are provided. There is a washing machine available. Internet access. Although it is not possible to get television in the property, there is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD's, this also plays CD's. The kitchen is fully equipped though if you should find anything missing, we are on hand to provide it. There is also a drying area for your clothes or swimwear. We provide a small welcome pack on your arrival containing essentials to get you started, ie, tea, coffe, sugar, water, milk, bread, cheese.

    • There are numerous water sports available nearby. These include, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, snorkelling and obviously swimming. There is also horseriding, hangliding and go-karting. A waterpark and golf course are within 15 minutes drive, as are tennis facilities. A ten minutes drive will take you to the fishing village of Orzola where you can get the 20 minute ferry ride to our neighbouring island of La Graciosa. There are also several excellent fishing spots close by.

      High Season Price: €220 per Week
         

    We require a 25% non-returnable deposit paid to confirm the booking with the balance paid a month before. Weekly charges are for two people with an excess of 50 euros for 4 people. Nightly rates are charged at 35 euros for two people and 40 euros for up to four people. We can arrange airport pick ups at a charge of 15 euros each way. Discounts are available for more than two weeks.
