A country location with lots of amenities close by. A place to relax and enjoy the real Lanzarote. Owners on hand to provide advice if needed, meals if required, private tours or be left alone to make the most of this fabulous location with amazing views over the valley and ocean. Enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace, a BBQ in the garden or a stroll into the village to sample local cuisine and village life. Saturday mornings offer a charming artesan market in the village square with a selection of locally crafted goods, home produce or locally grown fresh vegetables and superb cheeses, wines and licquer. Lanzarote offers some amazing places to visit with dramatic scenery and places of interest created by local artist, sculpture, architect and much more, Cesar Manrique. A small island with so much to do and see, a month here and you have only scratched the surface. From a tour around the dormant volcano Timanfaya in the south to a trip from Orzola to La Graciosa our sister island in the north and so much in between. And not a fish shop in sight away from the tourist areas. (The local version of fish and chips though is a must in the sociadad in the village of Guatiza)
