This prestigious villa is over 2000 sq meters in the sleepy village of Guime only 10 minutes drive away from the main town Arrecife or 5 minutes to the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen. Guime is a very central location, making it perfect for reaching the islands many beautiful attractions and fabulous golden beaches. The islands largest hypermarket & excellent modern shopping centre is just a 2 min drive. The transfer time from the airport is less than 10 minutes. A COMPLEMENTARY DRIVER will meet you at the airport and assist you with your luggage and transfer to and from the villa and be on hand to answer any questions on the villa or surrounding area. A car would be considered essential if you wanted to reach the islands various beaches and attractions but you only need to book a car to take your group and not your luggage.

The very large and secluded sunbathing terraces and BBQ area surround TWO ELECTRIC HEATED POOLS, which are heated all year round and set side by side. One is a large shaped adult pool with twin dolphin mosaic and the other a smaller, shallow children?s pool. This area is completely private and is equipped with an attractive patio dining area, built in BBQ and many sun-beds. Perfect for alfresco dining in the late warm evenings if the many attractions of Lanzarote do not tempt you. From the terrace there are sea views to Fuerteventura.

The imposing split-level living area is open plan. It has a high, cathedral style wooden ceiling and 3 sets of French doors leading onto the terrace and pool area. On the upper level there is a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. This leads down to the beautiful living room complete with TV, full Sky package, DVD and stereo system along with views over the terraces, swimming pools and out to sea. There are five attractive bedrooms. Two have double beds, with en-suite bathrooms and dressing area one of which has Sky TV and two sets of French doors to the terrace and pool. Three bedrooms have twin beds and there is a further two shower rooms.
