The house is situated on a property with 2.000 sqms (21.500 sqft) on the edge of Guatiza. The plot which is located at the bottom of a small volcano and surrounded by nature reserve is very tranquil and contemplative. On the upper edge of the garden there is a protected place to sit with a marvellous view over the north and to the sea. The village Guatiza is in the center of the island's green north. Here, post-office, bank, supermarket and restaurant are available. The next beach (Arrieta) is 6 kms away. Guatiza is starting point for a lot of walking and bike tours. We provide an own tourist guide book with a lot of "top secret" information. We also offer a jeep tour through the mountains of the "wild" north. We live next door in case you have questions or need help. Children and pets are welcome.

    • We offer a jeep tour through the mountains of the north. The tour follows old country lanes and leads to lots of marvellous places in Lanzarote's quiet nature.
