The villa benefits from having a fantastic location on this luxury beach front resort. The villa is south facing and has a private terrace which is perfect for al-fresco dining or romantic evening cocktails.

Only a few steps from the pool (with separate toddler pool) with on-site restaurants, bars, tennis, gym, supermarket and entertainment, the villa offers all you will need for a fabulous holiday. There is a heated pool on-site and a sea water fed private lagoon with a private beach. Recently refurbished and furnished to high standards and with great sea views, the villa is perfect for families and couples alike.

With everything available on-site, you may not wish to leave. If you do, the main beach of Las Cucharas is only a 5 minute walk away. You can continue along a wonderful Oceanside promenade which leads all the way into Costa Teguise. Many shops, bars and restaurants are also only a short walk away. The golf course is very close as well.

If you want to just chill out or have a more active holiday, Costa Teguise has a lot to offer. There are many sporting activities available locally, with many different water sports catered for. There is also an 18-hole golf course very close to our complex.

There are also many excursions and other activities available, suitable for the whole family. These include a theme park, go-karting and an aqua park. Costa Teguise and indeed the whole island of Lanzarote, is steeped in history. There are many cultural and historical sites to visit scattered throughout the island.

The island's historical capital, La Villa de Teguise is only a 10-15 minute drive away. It has a great market and is well worth visiting. A bus stops outside the complex. There is a good public transport system on the island, with buses and taxis always available. Although a car is not essential, to get the most out of Lanzarote we recommend hiring a car.

The accommodation is all on the ground floor with only a small step up to the bathroom.
One double en-suite bedroom and a hidden pull-down double bed in the dining area. Also a sofa bed in lounge: Can sleep up to 5/6. Plenty of wardrobe space.
Private dressing area with bath (and shower over) and WC in separate room.
Recently refurbished and furnished to high standards.
Highchairs etc., are available for hire from the resort (extra charges apply).

3 nights minimum stay.
25% deposit payable on booking (non-refundable). Balance due 8 weeks before your holiday.

Beach towels not provided.
Includes villa clean and linen/towel change after every full week.
The towels & linen are for internal use only.
Extra cleaning, linen or towels are available at an extra charge.
Cots and highchairs are available for hire from the resort. It is best to pre-book these items.
You can also hire a DVD player and movies. There is a free movie channel in the villa however.
There is Wi-Fi available at an extra cost from the resort.
