    • I let you know that the house has free Internet ADSL and free land phone for national calls (inside Spain). The internet connexion can be made by cable or wireless (Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included but we do not provide you with beach towels. There is a cot for babies in the house with bed linen. The cot is portable and you can fold it. There is barbeque, two sunshades and boards to play with waves, for your use in the shed behind the house. Wheelchair. If you would like to find the exact location of the house please consult a map. As I have already said the house is on the beach. To the right of the house you will see the house of the Royal Family of Spain called “ La Mareta ” or “ Royal Jordanian Palace .” To the left of the house -at around 1200 meters- you will see the hotel “Meliá Salinas.” Both landmarks are placed on the same road on the beach front. The same road which is only 25- 30 meters away from the house.

    A 30% advanced payment is required to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance might be paid in cash or by bank transfer when arriving to the house at the time of getting the keys. However if you find problems to make the payment for whatever technical reasons, your word would suffice, I am willing to trust you, I don’t have any problem if you want to pay the full amount when you arrive, I will just need the confirmation of the reservation and that you send me a copy of your aeroplane tickets so I could know that you are coming to Lanzarote in the agreed dates. In the moment that you confirm the reservation of the house to me, I will reserve for you and block in the calendar the days that you want while you search for the fly tickets to Lanzarote.
