Vacation Rental Description
This is a privately owned beautiful modern holiday home in Costa Teguise. There is a spacious light and airy living/dining room with modern comfortable furniture, lovely dining suite and wall units. With a 32inch LCD TV and SKY channels you will have plenty of choice. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including a full sized cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The cupboards are well stocked with plates, cups, saucers, dishes, pans and all utensils required. The automatic washing machine is in the rear solana. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and the double bedroom benefits from French doors onto the upstairs balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or evening nightcaps. There is also a cot which can be used in either bedroom.
There is a family bathroom upstairs and on the ground floor at the bottom of the marble staircase there is another WC.
This is a real home from home space where all your requirements are catered for.
There are two outside areas for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ in the very private rear terrace to try out those recipes.
To the front of the house there is a garden and private parking, a terrace and partially covered pergola, with a comfortable rattan suite,this area gives you shade when required.
The house is fully managed on site, by our English speaking managers, should you ever require any help or support on your holiday they are close at hand.
A welcome pack is provided on your arrival.
Great place for families as house has playstation, SKY TV, games, books, ipd doc, DVD's, CD's and videos, great selection of each.
Weekly linen change and towels changed midweek
There are many restaurants within walking distance that cater for every taste, there is also a local supermarket at the gates of the complex for your everyday requirements. The local beach is only 5 minutes walking distance away. For any golfers using the house the only golf course on the island is minutes away by car. For anyone not driving there are local buses into the centre of Costa Teguise (however you can walk there in 25 minutes and taxi's are only 3-4 euros), also the buses go into Arrecife the islands capital and Puerto Del Carmen, the stops for all the buses are only 2-3 minutes walk away.

Facilities
The house is really well furnished and fitted to meet all requirements. There is a large gas BBQ in the rear terrace with lovely outside furniture for dining in. The kitchen is also fitted out with everything you require should you decide to stay in and cook, it really is a pleasure. There are 3 pools on the complex and the house overlooks the largest of them which is ideal when you fancy a cooling dip. We also overlook the childrens play area and tennis courts which is great for those travelling with small children or anyone who wants to keep in trim whilst on holiday. Although there is plenty to do out and about, the house is fully equipped for nights in should you wish, there is a 32 inch flat screen TVshowing plenty of SKY channels and there are games, books and a playstation. Along with teh DVD and video player (with hundreds of videos and DVD's suitable for all tastes)

There is a local dive school and wind surfing club in easy reach.

Welcome to my 'place in the sun'
This is a really lovely home from home holiday experience. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and you should only need to bring a beach towel, toothbrush and sun tan lotion, everything else is on hand in the house.
The complex is very well managed and all the areas are cleaned each morning. There are three pools on the complex and our house overlooks the largest of the three.
