One of a small development of bungalows whose colourful, mature gardens surround a swimming pool measuring approximately 10m x 5m, there are shops, bars and restaurants only 800m away and the nearest beach, Playa Bastian, is approximately 10 minutes walk.

The spacious semi detached bungalow sleeps up to 5 people and offers:-

Comfortable, split level living and dining room with TV and DVD player;

kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle; utility room with washing machine;

1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom; 1 full bathroom; 1 bathroom with half size bath; ample terraces, both open and covered.
