This well situated property is all on the one floor and has one bedroom. Located on the beachfront, a lovely private complex in quiet area of Costa Teguise, which is separated from the beach only by a pedestrian promenade. On site there are 4 lovely swimming pools, 2 off which are heated in the winter months, with free use of sunbeds, plus baby pool, set in beautiful surroundings of well maintained gardens, terraces & pedestrian walks straight onto the beach.

    • The site boasts three swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter months. The largest pool is in front of the apartment and has a small baby pool next to it. There are 3 beaches nearby. Playa Bastian beach is just outside the complex. Playa del Jabilo is a short walk away and is shielded by a breakwater making it great for kids, and Playa de Las Cucharas, which is the largest beach, is less than 10 minutes away, and great for swimming and wind surfing. There is a good selection of bars, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and a 5 minute walk along the promenade will take you to the centre of Costa Teguise, with its many bars and restaurants. A car is not necessary for a relaxing holiday in Playa Bastian, as all the amenities are close by, but should you wish to explore Lanzarote in all its glory, a variety of car rental companies are also situated close to the complex.

    Costa Teguise is located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. It offers all types of accommodations and activities. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas on Lanzarote thanks to its array of lodgings, beaches, services and the tranquillity one breathes around it. This is definitely one of the preferred destinations for families visiting the island.One of the great appeals of Costa Teguise is its recreational facilities which run from a large variety of water activities to a golf course and water park. You’ll find several windsurfing schools along the Cucharas Beach and Jablillo Avenue.
    Sporting and cultural events in Costa Teguise have multiplied during the last years. Qualifiers for the PWA Windsurfing World Championship at Cucharas Beach in June, the Costa Music Festival in September, the Brazilian Music Festival in June, are among the many events that take place here.
    But above all the major draw of Costa Teguise is the beaches. Cucharas beach is most appreciated by windsurf lovers while Bastian Beach is ideal for families with small children since it is easily accessible and protected from the winds. Though smaller than the others, the fine white sandy beach of Jablillo is also of note.
    If you are in Costa Teguise, you should visit the Pueblo Marinero (fishing village) which is a cluster of typical Canary buildings as conceived by the artist, Csar Manrique. Restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as a market held every Friday from 19:00 hours, can be found there

    I live in England with my wife and our 3 children. We both work, but spend most of our holidays in Lanzarote, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the Island. Year purchased: 2005. We love Costa Teguise because of the fantastic facilities in the area. Playa Bastian is a really lovely complex very safe and clean, with lots of people who own places and live there, its very friendly and a real home from home. There are some beautiful beaches with a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone there. Walking/ jogging/ water sports and a fantastic Golf Course just 6 minutes away. The area is easily accessible with Arrecif airport less than an 15 minutes drive away.
