This stylish apartment is within a traditional, ocean-side, tastefully renovated, property in a Spanish fishing village. Literally seconds away from several fabulous restaurants and bars. The shared roof terrace with spectacular sea views also has loungers and a dining room with panoramic windows, perfect for enjoying the year round sunshine. Supermarket within a minutes walk and a sandy beach only 5 minutes away.

Outside Stunning, huge, shared roof terrace with loungers and a dining room with large panoramic windows. Spectacular views over the ocean and along the coastline. Coast/Beach The property is right on the sea front. The nearest sandy beach in Arrieta is 5 minutes walk away and has the charming Chiringuito beach bar with a great atmosphere serving fabulous fresh tapas at cheap prices. Beaches of all types are to be found on Lanzarote including white, golden and black volcanic sand beaches - those that are suitable and safe for families, those that are remote and wild for surfers and even one for naturists are nearby Charco de Palo (10 minutes in the car). Travel The airport on Lanzarote is called Arrecife airport. The property is approximately 35km or 30 minutes drive from the airport. Car hire is strongly recommended - please enquire if you need assistance with this. I can arrange car hire form 110 euros per week inc insurance for you to collect at the airport.

Further details
Fabulous restaurants in Arrieta, lots of choice, especially good for fish as you would expect. Couple of supermarkets and cash machines in the village. The nearest banks either in Haria (10 minutes in the car) or Costa Teguise (20 minutes in the car).

Places of interest are many all over the island but no-one should come to Lanzarote without going to see the volcanoes in Timanfaya National Park. There is also a dive school located in Arrieta just further along the street from 'El Tu y Mar'. Water sports are all well catered for in the area and is a perfect location for walking, cycling and mountain biking.

Please check availability calendar for your chosen dates, then contact me to reserve for you. A 50% deposit is due on reservation (to be sent to a UK postal address) and then the balance can be paid locally when you arrive in euros. Plus the cleaning charge of 40 euros also to be paid on arrival.
