The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer and oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, cutlery and self catering needs are all supplied. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and sink, towels supplied. The double bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and has fitted wardrobes,bedroom linnen suplied,fitted safe,safe keys suplied.
The apt is profesionally managed with maid service once a week, also airport transfers bothways can be done by arrangement, please enquire for details.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 persons with the lounge futon making another double bed, with all bed linen supplied and Maid service once a week. The apartment has been re-furnished to a good standard all way through in January 2007 with personal touches such as hair dryer and iron, ceiling fan in bedroom and portable fan in lounge. Also includes TV, DVD player, CD player, playstation and a selection of games.
The whole complex and apartments are privately owned so peaceful relaxing and tranquil surroundings without tour reps and hustle and bustle for sun lounges. Meanwhile there is a well run poolside bar serving good food & beverages all day. The Apartment& Complex is south facing so sun all day and Boasts outstanding 180 degree sea view,Fuerteventura and harbour. A good selection of Restaurants and supermarket is on your doorstep, bars are only minutes away,2 minutes walk into Old Town,yet still peaceful in the evening.

Low Season Price : £175
High Season Price : £175 per Week

All we require is £50 deposit to secure your available dates.

1 week 2 person = £175, 2 week 2 person = £350
1 week 3 to 4 person = £200, 2 week 3 to 4 person = £400.

No hidden charges,no high or low season, prices are as above.

Deposits payed will be deducted from final balance,price you see is the price you pay.

Balance to be payed no later than 2 weeks prior to departure.
