Do you like to be on your own?  
300m distance is the next house(and helping person). 200m higher, by feet 15 minutes,(500m) by car 3 minutes (1500m) is a bus station and a little shop and two bars. Very nice sight to the sea and sunset green all around. You have your own entrance, nobody else there.  
Or you are very good by feet or you need a car. There is no noise around, very, very quiet coast side. 
A little room with Shower/toilet is there and a kind of kitchen, warm water and stove. In the caravan is a heater. You can bring you own towels/sleeping bag or rent some.
