Two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and cupboard, well sized bed with comfortable mattresses, allergy-free cushions, blankets and bed linen. American-style kitchen with gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, expresso maker, water heater, glassware, tableware, cutlery, pots and pans, spices, diverse small kitchen utilities, etc… 
Comfortable, cosy and nicely decorated living room with A/C, satellite-TV, well-sized TV-screen, DVD-player. 
Comfortable garden-furniture and lying chairs with cushions for your comfort, private terrace (about 18 sqm) with 4 chairs and table, 2 lying chairs with cushions, garden swing, sunshade and wonderful ocean and mountain views. 
Solar heated, chlorine-free, open air swimming pool (5m x 10m x 1,60 m) with big terrace, lying chairs, sun screens, tables and chairs. 
 
King-Size double-beds with comfortable mattress, allergy-free cushions and blankets and skin-friendly bed linen. Fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Thick, fluffy towels as well as bath robes and hairdryer also belong to our standards.  
 
For your maximum comfort, we offer: Shuttle service from/to Airport We can pick you up at the airport for a small charge ( 30,00 € ). Starter-Package If requested, we will fill up your fridge with the 'essentials' before you arrive ( 30,00 € ). Fresh rolls and bread in the morning. Breakfast If you like, we can serve a full delicious breakfast at our terrace, in your bungalow/apartment or in our breakfast room for 5,90 € per person (only upon request). Rental Car We are glad to be able to offer very price competitive rental car (from 22,00 €/day*) - which will be handed over to you at the airport upon arrival. Please ask.
