La Labranza is a centenary cottage which has been carefully restored and fully equipped with all the comforts to host up to 4 adults plus 1 child. Located between palm and olive trees in the centre of Santa Lucia de Tirajana town in Gran Canaria, this is a site privileged by nature, where such beautiful environment blends its footpaths up to the top of the mountains and down through the valleys to the sea. 
 
La Labranza was built towards the end of XIX century. In the past, it was home of the farmers that cultivated the plots of land around it. The house was restored in 2006. Today, it is fully equipped with all the comforts.

•Main bedroom. Two 90 cm beds, large wardrobe, two stools, wall fitted table and cot.

•Toilet. Wash basin, shower and hair dryer. 
•Kitchen. Casserole & pan sets, crockery & cutlery, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, blender, beater, squeezer, toaster and microwave. 
•Lounge. Two three-seat sofas, large 8 persons dining table, 19' TV with international channels, DVD-CD player (cd's & videos available). 
•Bookshelf. Canarian subject, guides, culture, literature and maps. 
•Terrace & barbecue. Barbecue, exterior table & chairs, access to land and gardens.

SURROUNDINGS 
 
La Labranza cottage find itself in Santa Lucia de Tirajana Municipality at 680 meters high, half way between the coast and the top mountains. It is an ideal place, not only to enjoy tranquility environment, but also to set as a starting point for excursions to different places of interest in the island. 
 
El Ingenio de Santa Lucia town is located in The Tirajana Valley, also called Caldera de Tirajana in Santa Lucia de Tirajana Municipality, southeast of Gran Canaria in Canary Islands.  
 
 
HOW TO GET THERE 
 
Coming from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria heading south, exit Vecindario/Arinaga. From there, how to get to Santa Lucia is perfectly signed. You will take GC-65 local road, drive through Los Cuchillos and The Guriete view point. Passed La Sorrueda road just 1 km before Santa Lucia, take the local road GC-653 on the left to El Ingenio , in 2 km, once passed El Ingenio view point, you will see at the end of the road an ochre colour cottage.

    RESERVATIONS To make a reservation for La Labranza cottage, a 30% deposit will be required to be sent by bank transfer. The rest 70% will be paid on arrival, delivery of keys and handling of invoice. CANCELATIONS •Reservations cancelled more than 20 calendar days before the letting period will be charged with a 25% cancellation fee out of the reservation money paid in advance. •Reservations cancelled between 10 and 20 calendar days before the letting period will be charged with a 50% cancellation fee out the reservation money paid in advance. •Reservations cancelled within 10 calendar days before the letting period will be charged with a 80% cancellation fee out the reservation money paid in advance.
