Vacation Rental Description
Set over two levels, our bungalow/villa offers spacious, private accommodation for a maximum of eight people, 10 including children. There is a private heated spa pool and large sun bathing area including roof terrace. The bungalow has a shaded outdoor dining and entertaining area plus extensive indoor facilities including Satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can dine and relax indoors in the main living/dining/kitchen area. There are four bedrooms, 1 large double with luxury en-suite bathroom with separate shower, 1 good size twin room with new en-suite bathroom, and a further room with bunk beds with new en-suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom at ground floor level with family bathroom opposite. The bungalow is brilliantly located for both daytime and night time holiday activities being 5 minutes walk from Faro 2 shopping centre, with a supermarket and shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest Golf Course is a 5 minute walk away and the beach and famous sand dunes of Maspalomas a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in a car/taxi. It is also central for all the amenities of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas also the new resort of Meloneras with shopping centres, casino and night life is close by. The property offers disabled access with sleeping and bathroom facilities on the ground floor, but is not suitable for someone who is totally reliant on a wheelchair.

    • Holiday World - an amusement centre for both children and adults with bowling alley, night clubs, bars, restaurants, gym and a fair ground. 
     
    There are two golf courses within the area, one only 5 minutes walk away and another 6 on the island of Gran Canaria. 
     
    Aqualand - water park is only a short bus ride away as is Palmitos Wildlife and Bird Park. 
     
    Many other activities are available in the area including Jeep Safaris, Camel Rides, Water sports and Parachute Jumping to name but a few.

    A deposit of half the total cost secures any available period. Should you decide to cancel, the deposit is refundable only if we are subsequently able to rent the period you have reserved. The balance is payable on arrival. Also on arrival a fully refundable cash deposit of £200 is payable to cover any damages - refund in UK pounds cash on departure. Charges for additional people up to 10 is £75 per person per week.

    We have spent our autumn vacation in these villa. We liked the villa very much, all is very сomfortable and beautiful. There is all necessary and even more. Owners are very pleasant and careful people.

    I stayed at this Villa, for 2 weeks, with a group of friends, 8 of us in total. We were all very impressed with the standard of the property, especially for the cost we paid. Having bathrooms en-suit of the 3 of the bedrooms was perfect for us, the 4th bathroom is opposite the only bedroom on the same level as the living areas. The location of the property is ideal for couples and young families wishing for a quieter stay than fir those wanting a bit livelier time, but the entertaiment areas of the Island is a short distance away, so location-wise it's ideal for all

    The villa is described as suitable for disabled people. It is to a point. To be fair, it does state that it may not be suitable for those who have little or no mobility, ie wheelchair users, like myself but I had great able bodied friends who assisted where necessary but the only level accessible is the living area and the one bedroom and bathroom on that level-the rest being down a flight of stairs. The doorways to both the bedroom and bathroom are very small and a standard wheelchair isn't able to go through.

    The whole group we're so impressed with the friendliness of the Owner, Roman, who lives next door to the property, he was on hand anytime we needed anything, a true gentleman! On arrival we were greeted by Dale and Rod who took their time to explain where everything was and answered any questions we had. We landed late in the evening and when we got to the villa, there were basic supplies there for us, which we welcomed and appreciated alot, this was part of the welcome pack they supply to everyone. I would definitely recommend the Villa to anyone and would love to return there again, dispite it not being 100% accessible for me and my wheelchair, so impressed was I as well as the rest of us at what an amazing, pleasureable and relaxing place it is to stay. For able bodied, young and old alike, you can't go wrong staying here
