A deposit of half the total cost secures any available period. Should you decide to cancel, the deposit is refundable only if we are subsequently able to rent the period you have reserved. The balance is payable on arrival. Also on arrival a fully refundable cash deposit of £200 is payable to cover any damages - refund in UK pounds cash on departure. Charges for additional people up to 10 is £75 per person per week.

We have spent our autumn vacation in these villa. We liked the villa very much, all is very сomfortable and beautiful. There is all necessary and even more. Owners are very pleasant and careful people.

I stayed at this Villa, for 2 weeks, with a group of friends, 8 of us in total. We were all very impressed with the standard of the property, especially for the cost we paid. Having bathrooms en-suit of the 3 of the bedrooms was perfect for us, the 4th bathroom is opposite the only bedroom on the same level as the living areas. The location of the property is ideal for couples and young families wishing for a quieter stay than fir those wanting a bit livelier time, but the entertaiment areas of the Island is a short distance away, so location-wise it's ideal for all
The villa is described as suitable for disabled people. It is to a point. To be fair, it does state that it may not be suitable for those who have little or no mobility, ie wheelchair users, like myself but I had great able bodied friends who assisted where necessary but the only level accessible is the living area and the one bedroom and bathroom on that level-the rest being down a flight of stairs. The doorways to both the bedroom and bathroom are very small and a standard wheelchair isn't able to go through.
The whole group we're so impressed with the friendliness of the Owner, Roman, who lives next door to the property, he was on hand anytime we needed anything, a true gentleman! On arrival we were greeted by Dale and Rod who took their time to explain where everything was and answered any questions we had. We landed late in the evening and when we got to the villa, there were basic supplies there for us, which we welcomed and appreciated alot, this was part of the welcome pack they supply to everyone. I would definitely recommend the Villa to anyone and would love to return there again, dispite it not being 100% accessible for me and my wheelchair, so impressed was I as well as the rest of us at what an amazing, pleasureable and relaxing place it is to stay. For able bodied, young and old alike, you can't go wrong staying here
