This is a privately owned apartment on the ground floor and pool level, with terrace and garden. The pool is heated October through April. There is a weekly change of bed linen and towels.

This apartment is ideally located, only 5 minutes from all amenities, commercial centre with its many bars and restaurants, bus station, taxi rank. Puerto Rico beach and marina is less than 10 minutes walk with all water sports available. For the more adventurous why not take a safari trip through the mountains of Gran Canaria or buggy rental. Golf Course only 5 minutes drive away. Take a taxi ferry to the lovely village of Mogan, known as Little Venice. Markets close by, tuesday in Arguineguin only a 10 minute drive and in Mogan on a Friday.

Low season is euro 300 per week and high season is euro 350 per week. There is a 25% deposit in euros required on confirmation of booking with balance to be paid in euro on arrival.
