3 Bedroom Villa in Lajares

Villa Papagayo is situated in a quiet corner at the edge of the lovely village of Lajares. Every morning you can see the sunrise over the mountains with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The electrically heated pool is a luxury to dive into any time of the day. Unlike many rental properties there is an established, tended garden with a mixture of tropical plants and trees. The pool terrace has sun loungers and a covered pergola for shade on the hottest days. A recently built barbecue behind the pool area also has a pergola cover to give further shade on the hottest days. 
The lovely beaches of El Cotillo are a 10min drive away, and the National Park with Flag Beach by Corralejo is 20 minutes away. Choose your beach for peaceful sunbathing, swimming, and snorkelling or get active with surfing, windsurfing or kite surfing. There are local surf schools for each of these. 
There are many tracks for hiking or cycling. On the edge of Lajares is Montana Colorado with its spectacular volcano crater. We have information on a number of interesting walks departing from the villa including a volcano and some fascinating fossils with breathtaking scenery! Birdwatchers have been impressed at the variety of wildlife in the vicinity and have spotted many roosting Bustards nearby. 
Nearest banks in El Cotillo 10 minutes drive, cashpoint in Lajares. Corralejo 20 minutes drive, large resort town with loads of shops and cafes, good for tax free shopping. 
Fantastic for a family or joint family holiday, and can sleep 7 plus a cot.
