Tres Palmeras is a new, individually designed Canarian style villa built to high specifications. Build 300m2 and set in 3500m2 of private land. Through the large wooden studded front doors you will enter into the inner courtyard which has a fountain and covered pergolas. All the rooms lead directly from the courtyard. The kitchen and living areas have patio doors which lead directly onto a large terrace and south facing pool area with seating and sun loungers. The patio is partially covered with a pergola for shelter from the heat of the day. The pool area is totally sheltered and secluded and enjoys wonderful views of the mountains and on a clear day the sea at El Cotillo. There is also a barbecue for dining out on those warm evenings. From the master bedroom there are also double doors which lead directly onto the pool and patio. 
 
Bedroom 1 Emperor size bed (2m x 2m) With en suite dressing room with fitted wardrobes and full en suite bathroom. 
Bedroom 2 large twin beds fitted wardrobes and ensuite.  
Bedroom 3 twin beds, fitted wardrobes. 
Bedroom 4 twin beds, fitted wardrobes. 
 
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 double sink set in marble top. Walk in shower, sep bath, toilet & bidet. 
En-suite to bedroom 2. Sink set in marble top, toilet, walk in shower. 
Bathroom 3 (between beds 3&4) Sink set in marble top, toilet and large walk in shower.  
Kitchen: Burnt oak fitted kitchen with double granite sink and work surfaces. Integrated microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Also includes toaster and kettle. Patio doors leading onto terrace and pool area. Large teak table and chairs for 8 pers.  
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board with outside drying area.  
Living Rooms: Seating in living room for 8 persons. Natural stone fireplace, coffee table, 32inch HD satellite TV, Music system, DVD/CD player with DVD's. Large bookcase with extensive selection of books available. Double patio doors onto terrace and pool area.  
Other: There is also a fold up bed suitable for a child up to 10 years old. There are 2 cots and 2 highchairs available for your use.  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Should you require a mid week change, this can be arranged for a small fee. Please supply own beach towels.  
The house is ideally suited for 2 families or couples.

    Prices are for the property per week based on 4 persons sharing. Please add £75 for each 5th/6th/7th/8th person. Discounts available for longer lets. We do accept payment in Euros at the current exchange rate. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates within 7 days of receipt of booking form. Full payment to be made 8 weeks prior to your departure including a £250 breakages deposit. This is returned within 14 days of your return providing there is no damage. For late bookings full payment is required. Bookings normally on a weekly basis, but this can be flexible, so please contact owner.
