From our generously stocked wine rack to the newly installed air conditioning system, we put a lot of effort into making you feel at home from the second you arrive at Casa Flautista. We have had an internet aerial installed allowing acees to the internet through ethernet cable to your own laptop on a pay as you go basis. The house has been finished to the highest standards in decor and furnishing and we guarantee you will be comfortable throughout your stay. Here is a full list of our room specifications:

Sun room with patio doors on two sides with panoramic views to the golf course and to the sea. Dining table and chairs, 3-piece suite, coffee table and selection of board games. 
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service All towels and bed linen supplied and changed weekly. House cleaned weekly also. 
Recreation CD player, board games, books and golf clubs available for use by guests. Access to swimming pool, children's pool and shower block shared by local owners. Minutes walk from the golf course, beach and shops. 
Bathed in year round sun, our house has extended outdoor space with large tiled patio and two separate decked areas with outdoor furniture. One decked area has retractable sun canopy and gas barbecue. There is also an additional balcony from the master bedroom where you can enjoy fantastic views overlooking the 18th hole of the neighbouring golf course to the ocean.
