Our apartment is on the first floor in a brand new apartment complex,completely equipped and furnished at high standards. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV with DVD and USB port. There is a fantastic view from the private balcony to the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment complex has a tennis court, and a swimming pool as well. The white sanded beaches, the turquise blue ocean is only 50 meters away. All year around sunshine makes it ideal for everyone who seeks relaxation, to enjoy the beaches and water sports like kite surf,sailing,diving, snorkling etc. The yearly organized kite surf world competition is held here.Golf is 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
We provide all linens, and towels. Please use your own beach towel on the beach.
Sorry no pets are allowed. Please respect that this is a non smoking apartment.

We accept payments in Euro or GBP by bank transference. If you pay in GBP our UK bank account is at your disposal.
Reservations can be made by transfering 20% of the rental price.The rest of the total rental price to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Final cleaning and housekeeping cost of 50 Euros to be paid in cash at arrival.
