A 4 bedroom two storey detached property luxuriously furnished on a new development just 3km outside Corralejo and a five minute drive from the beautiful beaches on Fuerteventura. The property sleeps up to 8 people in two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one sofa bed in the huge living room. The property has satellite TV, DVD, and a 42 inch plasma TV. It benefits a beautiful, south facing, sheltered garden with sun terrace and a 5 seat hot tub. There is also a multiplex cinema and supermarket. Although not essential to hire a car, doing so would add immensely to the enjoyment of your holiday. There are numerous activities on the island including swimming, mountain biking, walking, surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, quad biking, jeep excursions. All these activities are available locally in Corralejo. There is a regular ferry service from Corralejo to Lanzarote.

The villa is located on a residential complex just outside Corralejo where the majority of facilities and activities are based. On the complex itself are a supermarket, cafeteria and multiplex cinema (the majority of films are shown in Spanish). 
The nearest beaches are a 3km drive. I always advise my clients to hire a car as this will add much more to the enjoyment of your holiday. There is a regular bus service into Corralejo and a taxi costs between 4 and 6 euros depending upon the time of day. 
There are two diving schools, one surfing school and a kite surfing/windsurfing school all nearby.

First floor bathroom with bath, wc, bidet, power shower over bath. Kitchen: Magnetic Induction Electric Hob, Conventional Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Citrus Press, Electric Juicer. Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. Living Rooms: Huge Living Room with large dining table. L Shaped sofa and two seat sofa bed. Home Cinema System, DVD Player, DVD Recorder, Canal Digital Satellite TV, 42 inch Plasma Screen. Towels and Linen included. These are changed once a week. A maid service can be provided at extra cost. High Speed internet access via a wireless router is available
