Villa Paz is a luxury contemporary furnished detached villa in a well sought after area being only 5 mins from the lively town of Corralejo with all its many bars, shops and fine restaurants. The villa is also close to the famous sand dunes and fantastic golden sandy beaches. Villa Paz is all on one level so it is ideal for people with families or the elderly. As you enter the villa you have an enormous living room with chocolate brown leather sofas, flat screen SONY TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, I Pod Docking station and contemporary furniture. The totally separate kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and granite worktops. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and storage for suitcases or windsurfing equipment etc. There is also a dining room with a dining table and six high backed cream chairs which looks out onto the outside patio and BBQ area. There is a family bathroom all which includes a bath, sink unit, bidet shower over bath and a mirror with lights above. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling in cream contemporary tiles. The are 3 bedrooms altogether in Villa Paz. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a high quality mattress and linens as well as contemporary furniture and fitted wardrobes containing a safe. There is also a remote operated ceiling fan. There is an ensuite bathrooom off the master bedroom with a jacuzzi bath and full bathroom suite again tiles in a contemporary style from floor to ceiling. There are also x 2 further bedrooms both containing 2 twin beds and both having fully fitted wardrobes and remote operated ceiling fans. Outside the villa there are large sunbathing areas around the heated swimming pool (heated in the winter months) and hot tub with x 6 sunbeds along with a BBQ area. and another dining table and 6 chairs for all your alfresco dining whilst on holiday.
