Villa Vivo is a two bedroom property, with one double room and one twin room, a large sofa bed in sitting room can accommodate additional guests if required. Travel cot and high chair can be made available upon request. It is on a select and secure walled complex surrounded by landscaped gardens, on the edge of the 'Dunes' natural park.
The complex has its own sheltered pools, one large and one childrens, with showers, plenty of sunbathing space, and due to the small size of the complex they are never crowded. There is also a childrens play area.
The villa has shuttered windows, offering security and safe ventilation. A large private walled patio area which contains a large spa bath, allows dining and sun bathing in complete privacy, sheltered from the wind and outside world. There is a very large, walled sun terrace above the villa offering splendid views across Corralejo, to the beaches, Los Lobos, Lanzarote and the Parc Naturelle.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen/lounge area, including two sofas and dining table and chairs. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, and bed side cabinets. There is a large modern fully tiled bathroom, with sink, bidet, bath/shower and shaving point.
Within 5 minutes walk there are several small supermarkets ( one 24hours ), several bars, restaurants and cafes, car and bike hire facilities, banks, one english supermarket, and a taxi rank. Corralejo town centre, and harbour, is 15-20 minutes walk away and offers plenty of choice for shopping, dining and evening entertainment, to suit all tastes.
Baku Water Park is about 10 minutes walk away, and contains a water park, crazy golf, rock climbing, animal and sea life centre, paint balling, ten pin bowling, and Parc Europa, a small childrens theme park with two haunted houses ( one for the brave only ), an american diner and bars and restaurant.
Corralejo has several white sandy beaches within the town, or a half hour stroll accross the beautiful sand dunes, will take you to miles of white sandy beaches, including the very pupular Flag Beach, well known to wind surfers and kite surfers.
To the west of Corralejo the coast is known as North Shore, and is world famous for its surfing. Further down the coast you will come to El Cotillo, a beautiful small harbour village, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Here you will also find the 'Lagoons' which offer some of the safest swimming for children.
An important additional facility is that the manager of this villa lives nearby, and can offer help and advice, should you need it, and help with any problems that may occur.
A small welcome pack is provided, and additional items can be requested, payable on arrival.

Villa Vivo is wheelchair friendly, except for the roof terrace.

Smoking is not allowed within the villa, but allowed on the terrace and patio area.

The airport is approximately 25km away, and car hire and fuel prices are cheap. If not hiring a car, taxis are available from the airport as well as a bus service. A personal car service is also available upon request, with payment to be made to the driver.

The villa also has playstation console with a selection of games, hair dryer and a portable fan. There is a large fridge/ freezer in the kitchen, as well as kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee maker. Nearest wifi zone is only 5 minutes walk away and there is free internet in a cafe/wine bar and pub nearby.

Fuerteventura has some of the best natural white sandy beaches in the world, with ideal conditions for all types of water sports, including surfing, wind and kite surfing, fishing and diving. Having joined the tourism market later than Gran Canary, Tenerife and Lanzarote, it has learnt from their mistakes, and remains a peaceful, beautiful, and above all else a friendly island. There are several intimate bars in the town that have live music every night of the week.
Corralejo is the largest resort in Fuerteventura and its port offers boat trips to Lanzarote and other nearby islands. There are three markets each week where bartering can be enjoyed, and bargains and souvenirs found. One (at Campanario shopping centre)specialises in locally produced items.
Corralejo caters for all ages and tastes and has the best range of restaurants and shops on the island. There is a folder of information on local amenities and activities at the villa.

£100 deposit is required on booking, with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. To allow time to arrange flights, bookings may be held for 48hrs upon request. A small fully refundable security deposit is required against damages.
