GREAT LOCATION -Built in 2003, this villa is split over 3 floors with good accommodation for 6 people with living room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 3 beds, 2 baths, patio gardens with BBQ & swimming pool & roof terrace. Las Cupulas is well located for the main town being walking distance to restaurants/bars & beaches & was extremely popular last year due to the location of the villa being in the old town and 'not' in the new area where a car would be needed to travel into the town.The Baku Water Park is very nearby & the main sand dunes are 5 minutes by car, walking is possible to the sand dunes but it is easier to go by taxi for a few euros, especially when very hot. El Campanario the new square is a 5 minute walk down the road. (picture number 6)

The villa is set out over 3 floors, 1 double bedroom is on lower floor with built in wardrobes, dressing table and mirror and double doors onto terrace with adjacent shower room. The further two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardobes and one twin can be found on the second floor, along with the full bathroom with shower. Further stairs lead to a large roof terrace which is a real sun trap all day.

There is a good sized patio area with outside furniture, sun beds with cushions overlooking the pool. The roof terrace is of a good size and enjoys views to the neighbouring mountains, town and sea beyond.
There is parking outside the villa and also a garage, which is mainly used for storage. The villa is located within a private road, accessed via electronic controlled gates and entryphone system. The villa also has it's own swimming pool. We also have a baby's high chair.
