1 Bedroom Apartment in Corralejo

This is a first floor one bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 guests. 
 
The Residencial Las Dunas complex was refurbished in 2007/8 and is now has a combination of residential and holiday homes. There is a large freeform swimming pool, childrens pool, gardens, tennis courts and exercise room for you to enjoy. 
 
The apartment has been decorated in a bright modern style with those extra touches to make it a home from home and much more comfortable than an apartment you would find on a tour operators complex. 
 
The bedroom has twin beds and a large wardrobe with plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your belongings. One of the doors provides a full length mirror. In the bedroom you will also find a digital safe (free of charge) and a hairdryer. There is sufficient space under the beds to store your cases saving you lifting them onto the wardrobe or leaving them up a corner. 
 
The bathroom is bright and airy with a walk in shower, bidet, wc and sink. There is a large mirror and a shaver point. 
 
The kitchen has all you need to enjoy a self catering holiday including fridge, combination microwave, hob, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. We have even included a wine cooler and plastic cups and glasses for you to use around the pool. The breakfast bar and stools allows you to dine indoors if you prefer. 
 
The lounge overlooks the balcony and has a large sofa which opens out to a full sized sprung mattress double bed. There is a flat screen television showing Freeview Satellite Channels. In the sideboard you will find a selection of games to suit children young and old. An information folder provides details of bars, restaurants, excursions and places to visit, we also ask you to pass on your recommendations to other guests. 
 
The balcony overlooks the garden area offering you the chance to relax in peaceful surroundings. You are still only seconds away from the pool. There is a table and chairs with cushions for you to use. A small part of the balcony is covered so should you wish to sit in the shade or shelter you can. For full sunshine take a chair to the apartments entrance which is like having a small second balcony 
 
Hand, bath and tea towels and bedlinen is provided.  
 
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your stay and weekly thereafter. For stays above 7 nights a midclean is included.

A washing machine is provided for you to use along with a clothes airer and iron and ironing board Cleaning equipment including a mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush are provided along with some liquids (stored under the sink)

All open various hours and charge different entrance prices.  
 
Corralejo is surrounded by the Las Dunas National Park offering some amazing beaches for you to explore. Whether you want to relax on the golden sand or be more adventurous and get wet doing some of the watersports on offer there is something for everyone. Fuerteventura is popular for windsurfing, surfing and kitesurfing and there are plenty of schools around to teach you the ropes. 
 
For the less adventurous the El Campanario Shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk away. The centre is designed to look like a traditional spanish village and has some good shops and a weekly Sunday Canarian Market. For serious shoppers take a trip to Las Rotundas in Puerto del Rosario.
