2 bedroom villa situated in a quite residential Cul-de-Sac with good views and conveniently located about 100 metres down from the Montecastillo centre, all amenities are in walking distance. It benefits from being in its own grounds with front patio and garden, rear paved garden with a 5 birth Spa (Hot tub) with temperature control for cooling down in the summer and up to 40 degrees C. for hydrotherapy relaxation or you can adjust the setting to suit your own personal choice. Large roof sun terrace with child gate at the bottom of the stairs.

The front garden has gates to a quiet road and the back is enclosed making these ideal areas for children to play.

The back garden has high walls which makes this very private and is a sun trap.

The property consists of the following:
1 Double bedroom with ceiling fan, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside drawers, with a door that opens onto rear garden.
1 Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a free standing fan. The rear door opens onto the rear garden.
1 Bathroom which contains a full size bath with shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. Mirror and shaver socket.
Open plan kitchen area with a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, micro-wave, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils, a smoke alarm is fitted. There is NO GAS in the property. The lounge area has a ceiling fan and seating for 5, sideboard, Satellite TV with English news channel, film and cartoon channels (sorry no ITV or BBC soaps) and a region 2 DVD player with a selection of DVD's. Dining room with seating for 5, a mini hifi system which includes a radio, tape player and a CD player with a selection of CD's, sofa bed for fifth person and a free standing fan.

A safe is provided.

In the outside utility room there is a washing machine and a fold-up clothes airer.

    Rental price is for the property with up to 4 people per week. The additional price for a 5th person is £40. FOR 14 NIGHTS OR MORE PLEASE DEDUCT £20 PER FULL WEEK (does not apply to Christmas weeks) A £50 per week non returnable deposit is required with the balance paid 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. Payment by cheque in pound sterling (£) or bank transfer in pound sterling (£) to our English account or Euros to our Spanish account. The property is managed by Fairways Total Property Management, with an office in Caleta de Fuste the manager is English and they provide a 24 hour emergency service.
