Completed in February 2005, this luxury duplex is situated overlooking Caleta de Fuste, giving superb panoramic views of the town, the harbour and the 36-hole championship golf course. The house is built for summer living with the internal space (68 sq m) being doubled by the external sun terraces and patios, plus garden areas. The house is well furnished and equipped throughout with all new fixtures and fittings and a complete set of soft furnishings.
The house overlooks the communal swimming pools (a large adult pool with smaller children's paddling pool with changing and toilet facilities).
The property has three sun terraces, all well equipped with outdoor furniture including patio furniture and sun loungers. The house is located in a private development, offering a restful holiday. The nearby sandy beach is at Caleta, 2 km away. The town offers a wide variety of entertainments, featuring cuisine from all over the world.
The kitchen area includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, grill and ceramic hob, sink unit, microwave, toaster etc, and a breakfast bar. The washing machine is reached through a connecting door to the patio and rock garden area overlooking the swimming pools.
The bathrooms are both in white tiles with white and chrome fittings, with a shower unit on the ground floor and bath with shower on the first floor. The lounge contains 2 and 3-seater settees (which converts to a double bed), a coffee table, display cabinets, an air-conditioning unit, a dinning table and six chairs. The TV unit has a DVD player, terrestrial TV, stereo/CD system. The patio has a large, glass external table and matching chairs under the pergola. The ground floor bedroom is fitted with large wardrobes and twin beds with a bedside cabinet. The stairs lead to the upstairs patio and the roof sun terrace with sun loungers with cushions, and the double bedroom, fitted with large wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

The property has two bedrooms, one upstairs with its own family bathroom, containing a large double bed and large wardrobes with hanging, draw and cupboard space, a vanity unit and bedside cabinets. A secure safe is included.
The second bedroom is downstairs and contains two twin beds with cabinets, a large wardrobe with hanging, draw and cupboard space. A large travel cot is provided, if needed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. An ironing board and iron are located in the main bedroom.
