This modern luxury villa is situated on the hillside overlooking the charming resort of Caleta de Fuste with stunning views of the harbour, beach, golf course and countryside. Perfect location, just minutes from the airport ( 9kms away) with the town, beaches, shops, restaurants, hotels, cinema and golf courses only 5 mins in the car or 20 mins walk. The villa is set over 2 levels with private pool and landscaped gardens. The property has 2 wonderful balconies which are just the place to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening and taking in the beautiful views. The pool is on the upper level facing south with BBQ and patio area. For people who like some shade from the sun there is a lovely wooden Pergola with timber floor, patio dining set and 2 easy chairs overlooking the pool.The lower level of the garden is apacious with a great sunbathing area and private. The villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard throughout and equipped with all modern conveniences to make your stay a wonderful experience.

Fuerteventura's 2 main golf courses are at your doorstep. ( 5 mins in the car) The Fuerteventura Golf Club was home to the Spanish Open in 2004. It has a large practice area which includes a 50 bay driving range. Clubhouse located in the luxury 5 star Elba Palace Golf Hotel. Las Salinas Golf Club also an 18 hole course is located next to the Fuerteventura Golf Club. Hire of golf equipment availble at both golf clubs.
Fuerteventura is abeach lovers paradise with miles of golden sandy beaches. There are a variety of watersports to participate in for all the family.
Baku Water Park and Oasis park Zoo are a 30 minutes drive.
You have all the major banks and Atlantico Shopping Centrewhich has many shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling alley, Mc Donald's and large Eurospar supermarket.

The pool is heated by a solar pool cover whcih is vey efficient. The cover needs to be put on each evening (just takes a minute) to retain tempeture and keeps it in good condition.Any requests for children can be arranged at he time of booking. i.e. high chair, cot.
Private secure parking in villa driveway.
All windows in the villa have roller shutter blinds. We request no pets or smoking in villa. Guests who wish t smoke may use the outside terraces and patio areas.

Low Season Price : €750
High Season Price : €950 per Week

An unrefundable booking deposit of 25% is payable within 5 working days to secure your booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Upon receipt of deposit you will receive confirmation by e-mail.Payment by bank transfer. Cancellation of a booking will result in forfeit of entire booking deposit. A deposit of 200 Euro?150 GBP will be [payable on collection of villa keys on arrival in the event of damage and refunded after inspection at check out.
Prices for the property are per week, with weekly rate based on 1-4 persons sharing.
The rate increases by 40 Euro per additional person.
Children under 2 years are free.
A 10% discount will be given per week if booked within 7 days of travel.
Discounts available on holiday requests for over 4 weeks.
