Montana Blanca is a 2 bedroomed semi-detatched house on a small complex, only next door but one to the communial swimming pool with its separate children's pool and showers and toilets. Ideal for those who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, it has a 1st floor terrace with a large dining table, 6 chairs and a barbeque. The rooftop solarium has fantastic views, 4 sunbeds and enjoys all day sunshine. 
Both solarium and terrace have panoramic views of Caleta, the coast, golf courses and surrounding hills. There is also a shadier ground floor patio with a table and 4 chairs. 
Located on the hillside overlooking the coast and only 2 killometres from the centre of Caleta, it has panoramic views of the sea, Caleta and the surrounding countryside. It provides an ideal spot for outdoor lifestyle lovers wanting a quiet base from which to explore the many sights and experiences Fuerteventura has to offer. 
A fifth guest can be accommadated on the sofa bed in the open plan lounge. 
There is a car parking space at the front of the house. 
All linen is provided, including a beach towel for each guest and the house is cared for by professional British property managers with several years experience on the island. Extra linen changes, cleaning, hire of baby equipment is available, at an extra charge, bookable in advance. 
We can also arrange for airport transfers on arrival and departure, for a competative rate, bookable in advance.

Well fitted out by its owners, Montana Blanca offers lots of extras to add to the comfort of your stay. These include a barbeque, microwave, 2 hairdryers, one in each bedroom. There are also 2 bathrooms, adjacent to each bedroom, the downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin. The upstairs bathroom has full bath, shower over, bidet, toilet and handbasin. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and there a two single beds in the ground floor bedroom. The lounge and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. At the rear of the house is a utility area with a washing machine, sink, washing line and airer. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven and hob and a microwave. There is a television, with built in DVD player, (Spanish terrestial only) and a separate CD player, along with a varied selection (predominatly English)of DVDs, CDs, books and games.

Great for beach lovers, Caleta offers a variety of watersports, scuba diving and windsurfing. The island's many golden sandy beaches are spectacular places to relax to swim and to soak up the sun. 
Caleta is a family friendly resort with a variety of activities and many restaurants to suit all tastes, and the beach is safe for children. The harbour has an oceanarium, windsurfing and scuba diving schools. There are tennis courts, mini golf and a Spa offering a wide range of treatments. 
GOLF-GOLF-GOLF. 
Two new golf courses, one which hosted the Spanish Open Championship in 2004 offer a contrasting challenge to beginners and experts alike, with luxurious new clubhouses to relax in. Nearby island Capital Puerto de Rosario has a new shopping mall for retail therapy. The interior of the island is wild and rugged and a trip to the old picturesque town of Betancuria, once a stronghold against pirates is a must.
