Originally furnished for owner occupation. Close to town centre with many bars, restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the Sea Front, 10 min walk to the beach. Both Caleta golf courses are situated 10 minutes away by car. 
 
Additional wc on ground floor, external small private terrace with gas BBQ, and teak dining furniture with seating for 6. 
 
Towels/Linen - All provided except beach towels. Property serviced once weekly. 
 
Large communal heated pool, and large sunbathing areas, surrounded by mature gardens. Very private complex but close to everything.
