The apartment is set out in traditional Spanish style in the heart of the upmarket golf and beach resort of Caleta de Fuste. It is a privately owned 1 bedroom self-catering apartment, only few meters from one of the 150 fine white sand beaches of this enchanting island. Located only fifteen minutes drive south from the Airport and only minutes away from a vast selection of restaurants and shops, Villa Florida has the ideal holiday location. 
 
The apartment is located on the first floor on the secluded edge of the complex away from the main street and Pool but close enough for easy access to everything you could need for a great holiday! The apartment is fully furnished, and towels, linen, tea towels are provided at the beginning of your stay. For those who wish to dine al fresco then the sun terrace is furnished with table and chairs. 
 
BEDROOM 
The double bedroom has two twin beds, two bed side tables equipped with lamps, very comfortable mattresses and a spacious fitted wardrobe with shelving, hangers and a key-operated safe. Bedding, bedspreads, duvets, mattress covers, pillows and pillow covers are all provided. 
An air conditioning system will allow you to sleep soundly should you fancy a break from the hot temperatures outside. 
 
BATHROOM 
The white tiled bathroom is located next to the bedroom. It comprises of a large bath, shower, wash basin, toilet, towel rails and is complete with all lights and fittings. 
A large number of luxurious white fluffy bath and hand towels are provided. 
 
KITCHEN 
The open plan kitchen area includes a breakfast area with stools, shelves, an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. It is well equipped with brand new crockery, cutlery, a variety of glasses, mugs, cooking pans, saucepans and a selection of cooking utensils all the way down to tea towels. 
 
LOUNGE 
The comfortable and spacious lounge is well furnished with a three seater sofa and an armchair. Whilst seating in the lounge or dining area you will be able to keep an eye on the sunnyy weather through the french windows that open on to a private terrace. 
Coffe tables, plenty of storage space and a new colour Satellite TV will make a great contribution to your entertainment.

Sunbeds and Umbrellas are provided within the complex at no extra charge. 
 
We believe in providing an excellent standard of accommodation for our guests therefore we have limited the occupancy to two people. We feel that having 2 additional guests sleeping in the lounge is not the holiday experience we would like to provide. 
 
Our Property Managers are available to provide assistance at short notice. They will meet you on arrival at the apartment to give you the keys and any other information or help you may need.

The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your occupancy. REFUND POLICY: In the event you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a full refund. Cancellations and refunds from 3 weeks up to the start of your stay will NOT be accepted.
