Vacation Rental Description
Our family owned apartment is a duplex apartment in the holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste only 10 minutes from the airport.

The apartment is newly refurbished having recently enjoyed a new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped to include hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all items to provide self catering.

The lounge contains a three seater sofa with single bed underneath which is easily pulled out and lifts to the same height as the sofa, a reclining chair and coffee table. Sitting on a storage cupboard is a Television with 110 channels including SKY Sport SKY News SKY kids SKY films BBC News BB1 2 DVD and CD Player. A variety of DVD’s and CD’s are provided for your enjoyment.

Just off the lounge is a sun terrace containing table and chairs on which to enjoy your meals. In front of the terrace is a small garden area leading to a pathway which takes you to the pool.

Upstairs is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe containing a safe. The bedroom leads onto a private, very sunny balcony which contains chairs and small coffee table. The bathroom is completely new and contains a shower cubicle, washbasin with storage cupboard below and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A mid-week change of bedding is provided when a two week stay is booked.

The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people but if you need two apartments this can be arranged.

Castillo Mar – the complex

Castillo Mar is centrally located being just a couple of minutes walk to the coastline which is popular for fishing and is home to friendly chipmunks who are happy to be fed with nuts bought at any of the local supermarkets.

The Complex has a large swimming pool with children’s section and showers. There is also a bubble pool and sun loungers with parasols to enable you to soak up the beautiful warm sunshine.

Casa Josh is approximately 8-10 meters from the pool so you do not have to go far to plunge into that lovely cool water. When the high temperature begins to give you a thirst just pop along to the apartment and get an ice cold drink from the fridge or may a pot of tea and some buscuits which you can take on a tray back to your spot by the pool.

Low Season Price : £175
High Season Price : £195 per Week


A £50 deposit is payable on booking by cheque. In the event of cancellation the deposit in non-refundable.

The apartment is cleaned on your arrival and cleaned on your departure.

All bedding and towels are provided in the prices stated above but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels.
