Rates

Low Season Price : €440
High Season Price : €550 per Week

Prices are in euro and are based on 4 people sharing. For each additional person there will be a charge of €50 each per week (max 2 extra people). A booking deposit of €200 is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your bookings, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payment can be made by transfer in euros. On booking the apartment a deposit of €150 is required to cover damage and a final clean. This will be refunded after leaving the apartment - minus the cost of final clean - €60.
