This new penthouse apartment is part of a small development of only 36 apartments, which have their own 250 sq m pool with integral jacuzzi and childrens pool. Situated directly on the beach and only a short walk to the small fishing village of El Cotillo where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and serving local fresh fish. The apartment has one double bedroom with quality king size bed, ceiling fan and teak furniture and a further bedroom with twin beds. There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and a second similar bathroom.
