Faro Vista 11 has a private terrace of around 50 sq m with stunning views of the sea and white sandy beaches. The terrace has teak table and chairs with 2 sun loungers. Also off the terrace is a separate drying room with a storage box for beach equipment and a wall mounted airer. It is only a short walk to the village of El Cotillo which, once a sleepy fishing village, is now moving into the 21st century and with it a certain amount of new developments, however once you are in this apartment or on the terrace the only view is the sea and the white sandy beaches. In the village are 2 supermarkets, 2 banks, bakers, a parafarmacia, an internet cafe and other smaller stores. The village maintains a Canarian feel and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday.

This new 1st floor luxury apartment is part of a small development of only 36 apartments, which have their own 250 sq m pool with integral jacuzzi and childrens pool. The apartment has one double bedroom with a quality king size bed and teak furniture. The luxury bathroom has a large walk in shower, bidet, toilet and basin in vanity unit. The modern fully equiped kitchen has work surfaces and breakfast bar in grey polished granite. In the open plan lounge is an L shaped cream leather sofa with quality teak furniture.

We supply a complimentary welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, water, milk and light refreshments.

Golf clubs and 2 mountain bikes are available for rental.

Rates

Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €600 per Week

Deposit of £100 to book the property with the balance payable on arrival in euros.

Arrival time is 2pm with departures by 10am, however normally we can be flexible with times and safe storage for cases etc. can be arranged.
