Two bedroomed apartment on the ground floor of a typically Spanish style complex with swimming pools and children's play area.
Each bedroom has twin beds, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom, situated between the two bedrooms, has bath with shower over, washbasin, bidet and WC.
Lounge has two sofas, one making into double bed, TV with English and Spanish channels, opens onto front terrace with views over golf course and partial sea view.
Kitchen/dining area has table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen(recent)with full oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all utensils including kettle and coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
We will rent to a maximum of 5 persons only.
This apartment is ideal as a base for a family hoilday for couples with younger children or is ideal for golfers as there is a 27 hole championship course nearby. Discounts may be available please ask for details.

Low Season Price : £275
High Season Price : £450 per Week
Weekly rate of £275 is for 2 persons renting anytime of year except Christmas and New Year
Each extra person up to 5 extra £15/week.
Minimum rental is 7 days except at Christmas and New Year when 10 days is the minimum (ask for pricing)
50% deposit required to reserve accommodation remainder due 8 weeks before arrival. late bookings (less than 8 weeks in advance) must be paid in full on booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer in Sterling to a UK account, Euros to Spanish account, or by PayPal (3% surcharge)
