The apartment has recently has a complete refurbishment to a high standard, and I am happy to offer this modern light and spacious apartment for rental as I know that It is well above average standard.
Kitchen:Fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, microwave,fridge,washer,toaster and kettle. Dining area seats 6
Living Room: Every day bed settee, 2 easy chairs and coffee table. TV and DVD and info on excursions.
Bedroom 1: Double bed and 2 bedside cabinets and lamps. Plenty wardrobe space. Safe for valuables.
Bedroom 2: Twin bed room as above. Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and was basin.
Balcony: This has table and chairs with parasol and gets the sun until mid afternoon.
Roof Terrace: Sun loungers, table and chairs and parasol, BBQ, lit at night with fantastic views

The Don Jose complex is child friendly with a large walk-in pool and seperate warm pool for children with lifeguards patrolling both pools. There is also a playpark and quiet areas closeby and entertainment to keep everyone, young and old happy. Our apt. is on the first floor, overlooking the playpark, as it is a corner apt. there is more space within and we also have the advantage of a large roof terrace complete with sun loungers and bbq which gets the sun all day and has a superb view of Mount Tiede. We have recently added lights so you can use the roof at night also. The resort of Costa Del Silencio is much quieter than it's famous neighbours, it has a variety of Restaurants and supermarkets, Banks and a Chemist. Close by the village of Las Galletas will provide anything else you need, and guess what? not a timeshare tout to be seen night or day, sheer bliss after a visit to Las Americas! This apt. is only 10 mins from the Airport.
