The apartment is part of the Green Park aparthotel on the Golf Del Sur. The Golf is a quit area suitable for families and mature couples: not really for clubbers and teenagers. The apartment was totally refurbished ealier this year with a new fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen has full hob and oven, plus microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and even a tea pot!
The sleeping area is in the form of an arched off alcove making it more private without a door (see picture)It has two single beds, full dress mirror, cupboard and a ceiling fan. There are a further two single beds in the lounge area as part of a very simple to make up, bed settee.All linen is provided. The dining area seats four with another table seating four on the balcony, which can also be used as a smoking area. The apartment is a smoke free zone!
With great views from the top floor balcony, level 3, there are lifts within 20 metres of the door. Many apartments described as "one bedroom" are not as spacious as the studio units at Green Park.
