This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is fully modernised to the highest standard. It is located on the top level of the complex so no overhead noise for you to worry about so you can ensure a relaxing holiday. The apartment has Air-con in the lounge and bedroom at no extra charge. If you choose to take advantage of the self catering facilities the apartment boasts a full oven and 4 ring hob top. You also have a microwave, toaster, kettle, and everything else you would need. The bathroom has a corner shower unit with jets to relax you after your hard day of sunbathing. The bedroom can cater for couples or individuals and has a safety deposit box for your use again free of charge. The lounge has a very large and comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch CNN News or a selection of DVDS supplied. There is a cd player with a radio so you can listen to our local English Stations. Maybe you want to just sit on the balcony and read or have a quiet drink taking in the views of Puerto Rico valley surrounding mountains and the beach, which is as equally impressive at night. You have the choice of 2 local beaches, Puerto Rico beach and the Amadores Beach with it´s lovely blue waters and golden sands and plentiful shops and restaurants. Both beaches are only 5 mins in a cab or bus or for the more energetic of you a 20 min walk down hill. The Europe Centre is only 2 mins walk from the complex , this offers a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment at a number of venues.

Low Season Price : €380
High Season Price : €400 per Week


A deposit of 10 percent of the total holiday cost is required as a none refundable deposit. Payment of the deposit will be required to be paid into an English Bank account, details to be given at the time . The remainder of the outstanding balance would be required in cash and Euros at the time of arrival at the complex and on receiving the keys to the apartment.
