The large lounge has its own bar and opens onto the terrace with access to the swimming pool. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen and overlooking the pool as well as an outside dining area beside the pool. The kitchen is a large modern and fully equipped. There is a separate utility room with additional fridge freezer and washing machine. The outside BBQ area and a outside solar heated shower. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. There is ample parking on the large driveway. There is a full family bathroom with shower over the bath and also a separate shower room comprising of shower, wash basin and WC. The bedrooms comprise of 2 x double and 2 x single.
