Vacation Rental Description
Villa Sabina is a privately owned family villa, detached and situated in its own grounds with well maintained gardens and private swimming pool. The villa is fully air conditioned. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, large rear terrace with built in BBQ. There are 2 terraces to the front of the villa. The villa is extremely well furnished and equipped. Villa Sabina is situated in the Port of addaya which is a desirable location on the North coast of the Island, 20 minutes from the airport. The Port, several local restaurants and shops are a short walk away whilst a number of fabulous beaches are within a 5 minute drive. The Villa, gardens and pool are fully maintained and serviced by local ex patriots.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers etc. All have double  
doors leading onto the front terrace 
 
Bathrooms En suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet, vanity unit and basin 
Main bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and vanity unit 
Both bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted with heaters, mirrors, shaver sockets, towel rails, etc. 
 
Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with wide range of base/wall units, double stainless steel sink with mixer taps 
marble work surface, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster. 
There is a full range of cutlery,crockery & utensils. 
 
Utility Fully tiled utility room with washing machine, ironing board & iron, range of shelving, cleaners sink, 
safe and main water heater. There is a full range of cleaning equipment and also an extensive library 
of books are kept 
 
Living Living room with open fire, 2 & 3 seater sofas, single rocker, TV,video,DVD,X-Box,CD player. A full  
range of DVDs, CDs & games are available. There is a separate dining room with pine table, 6 chairs  
and pine dresser 
 
There is also a good sized entrance hall with desk, chairs coat hooks etc. 
 
All linen and towels ( except beach) are provided. The property is fully cleaned prior to arrival. For guests staying for more than one week a weekly linen change and partial clean is carried out. 
 
As stated the Villa is air conditioned however it is also equipped with fans should people prefer these. An open fire and heaters are available for early/late in the season. 
 
Outside there is a 1st floor terrace accessed from the lounge/dining room with glass topped wicker table & 6 matching chairs. The ground floor front terrace is built around the pool. There is an outdoor shower area and a range of seating including a large swing chair, table & 6 chairs, and a selection of sun loungers. There is a shaded area with hammock. The pool can be lit up at night. To the rear of the property is a large terrace with built in BBQ and preparation area and complete with dining table & 8 chairs. 
 
There are mature fruit trees and other planting around the Villa not least of which are the spectacular bougainvillea plants. There is an external rotary clothes drier and a private drive. 
 
Addaya is a good location. The Port itself is a stroll away and there are also various shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The only golf course on the island is a 15 minute drive away. 
 
There are many things to do on Menorca and there are numerous guide books and recommendations kept in the villa. 
The food and wine available is fantastic and again many suggestions, together with other guests experiences are available. 
 
The airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

    		  Low Season Price: £350 per Week
      High Season Price: £1,050 per Week
         

    Prices are for the Villa irrespective of the number of people staying. Rental is from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. 25% deposit required at point of booking, balance 4 weeks before departure. Rental prices for 2009 April - £ 450 p/w May - £ 500 p/w June - £ 700 p/w July 4th - July 18th - £ 800 p/w July 18th - Aug 29th - £ 1050 p/w Aug 29th - Sept 19th - £ 700 p/w Sept 19th - Oct 25th - £ 400 p/w Booking is by phone or email.
