Situated on the upper slopes of Binibeca Vell and facing south towards the Mediterranean, uninterrupted views stretch over the coastline and the sea beyond. The villa is a short walk from shops, various reasonably priced restaurants, the picturesque Fishing Village and a lovely, crescent-shaped, sandy beach.

Extensive terraces offer a choice of areas perfect for relaxation or summer dining and a good-sized pool with roman-style steps overlooks the tended lawned garden. Built on two levels, this holiday home is furnished to a high standard and with an eye for detail. The rooms are light and spacious and have sea views.

Golf Son Parc, a championship quality course, is located just 35 minutes by car from Binibeca.

The resort area of Binibeca, characterised by private white washed villas and a Spanish style fishing village complex, is perfect for a quieter, relaxing holiday. The fine white sandy gently shelving beach (ideal for families with children) is surrounded by greenery, giving it an unspoilt setting. Sun loungers and pedaloes are available for hire and there is a beach bar set on rocks to the side of the beach for snacks and drinks. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants around the resort.

From May to October there is a regular bus service to and from Mahon (12 km).
