Our villa is situated in the private residential area of Son Parc at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property sits on a plot of over 800sq.m. comprising of private gardens, a large pool and a surrounding area which includes a brick built barbecue & outside shower. There are four double bedrooms (1 en suite) & a family bathroom. On the first floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and large lounge which leads out onto a spacious balcony with outside seating overlooking Monte Toro.
