This very attractive modern country house is located in a secluded area, with quick access to nearby beaches such as Binibeca (less than 5 minutes by car), Binisafúa (2 minutes by car) and Punta Prima (8 minutes by car). The village of Sant Lluis, where you could find local amenities, is just a 2 minute drive from the property. Vehicle is necessary.

Exterior
This property has its own extensive land and gardens of 30.000 square meters. The pool is situated in front of the house (10 x 5m with Roman steps) and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a big grass area.
There is also a large covered terrace (30 m2) with exterior furniture for outdoor dining.

Interior
The furnishings are new, modern and of a high standard, making this a wonderful holiday home for one, two or three families together. On the ground floor, the lounge and kitchen both have direct access to the pool and gardens. The upstairs terrace overlooks the pool area and has distant sea views.
